For Self-Employed Individuals
1. Proof of Income: 1099, W-2, and/or any cash or equivalent receipts for services. 2. Summary of Business Expenses, including but not limited to: Invoices, Receipts, Cancelled Checks, Annual Summaries, etc. 3. Other documents include: . Annual Accounting Ledger and/or Business Bank Statements if available. . Proof of any professional licensing.
For Individuals With Dependents
Qualifying Relative
.Proof of residency showing relative lived at residence all year (bank or credit card statement, utility bill, etc). . Proof of income for less than $5050.00 in 2024. . Must provide more than half of your relatives total support each year.
Qualifying Child
1. Relationship: Child must be your son, daughter, step-child, eligible foster child, brother, sister, half-brother, half-sister, step-sister, step-brother, adopted child or an offspring of any of them. 2. Age: Your child must be under the age 19 or if a fulltime student under age 24. There is no age limit if your child is permanently and totally disabled. 3. Residency: Your child must live with you for more than half the year, but several exceptions apply. 4. Support: Your child may have a job but they cannot provide more than half of their own support.
